Hvitstenveien 280

An industrial park is rarely asked to care for its surroundings. Hvitstenveien 280 is designed as though it should. Storage and production facilities for small and mid-sized companies are arranged around their individual spatial and logistical needs, held to a single overall expression. The service building is set parallel to the passing road, providing an active front for the area while acting as a screen for the logistics yard behind it.

Inside, the forest does what the road cannot. Generous windows frame the surrounding conifers from workspaces and common rooms alike, and the sills sit high enough that the passing traffic drops out of view.
