VILLA BJERKELUND
Villa Bjerkelundveien is a family home that combines a modern expression with a solid and enduring presence. The design is characterized by the use of durable materials such as brick, zinc, and metal, which contribute both to the home's contemporary aesthetic and its longevity. These materials are carefully composed to create a house that feels robust and timeless, yet well-integrated into its surroundings.
The house features a two-story gable roof structure, with a light brick façade and clean lines that form a striking contrast to the surrounding wooden houses. While the design has a distinctly modern character, its materials and form are subtly inspired by the local context.
Inside, the design is minimalist and refined, with warm oak floors and wooden window frames that soften the clean lines. The living areas are centered around a brick fireplace, framed with white profiled tiles, serving as a sculptural focal point of the home.
